In Northern New York, our name is synonymous with quality and integrity in funeral service. Our name stands proudly on three of the largest funeral homes in Jefferson and Lewis Counties. In choosing us, we understand that you will have certain expectations of our facilities, services, personnel and merchandise.

Our main office is located on State Street in Carthage. It is the only Funeral Home in the area to offer a chapel on the premises for services, as well as the largest visitation rooms. Our arrangement office was recently remodeled to include the Family Advisor System.

The Copenhagen Funeral Home is now located on Washington Street. Former owner Samuel P. Lundy designed the building, based on over forty years of experience. It also serves as his primary residence.

Both of our locations are conveniently located, handicapped accessible and offer ample parking areas.

We maintain the highest standards for our employees, regarding professionalism, compassion and continuing education. We understand that you are placing a great amount of trust in us, expecting us to continue the tradition of providing the highest quality in funeral service.

The Family Advisor System, provided to us by the Aurora Casket Company, allows technology to assist in making funeral arrangements. Family Advisor allows the Funeral Director to provide a more uniform, streamlined arrangement conference. We can offer more choices regarding services and merchandise, while making the process less confusing and intimidating.

The Aurora Casket Co., headquartered in Aurora, Indiana, is the largest family owned casket company in the United States. Bossuot-Lundy Funeral Home, Inc. is also an independently owned funeral home.
