Monty Andrew Tuttle passed away June 3, 2026 with his two sisters and nieces by his side. Monty was born on March 14, 1965 to the parents of Luzerne F. Tuttle and Ruth A. Mouck.

Monty had a way of making people laugh and every one he met loved him. Monty was the kindest soul and the sweetest human being. Monty played football for Indian River when he was younger. He ran so fast no one could catch him. He was a New York Giants fan. He loved swim. He loved music. Ozzy Osborne and Pink Floyd were just a few of his favorites. Monty taught himself karate and taekwondo and later he earned his black belt. He was a huge fan of Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris.

Monty had one brother and two sisters. Four nieces and one nephew. Nine great nephews and two great nieces.

Brother Luzerne Tuttle that just recently passed away on May 31, 2026; Niece Rosalee Tuttle (Michael Martinez) with great nephew Michael. Alisa Nasworthy and brother in law John Nasworthy who passed in 2003 and life long partner Tony Gill. Niece Jessica (Randy) Harris; Great nephews Joshua, Logan, Karson. Niece Shena (Shane) Rebb; Great nephews Skylor, Zayne, Koye. Niece Ruth Nasworthy (Robert Sanders); Great niece Sally and Priscilla. Great nephews Kayden and Payten. Sister Tammy Tuttle and brother in law Dale Donato who passed away in 2024; Nephew Ronnie.

Monty was brought home to the lord by his mother, father, brother, two brothers in law, and many relatives.

Arrangements are with the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, in Carthage. 

A celebration of life will be held at Carthage American Legion on August 8, 2026 from 1-4pm.
