Jay Alden Doellner

Watertown - Jay Alden Doellner, 63, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025, while at Samaritan Medical Center.

Jay was born on October 26, 1961, to the late Allan Hancock and Shirley Doellner. He worked a variety of jobs in the North Country, most often as a freelance handyman or landscaper. He was very fond of his landscaping work and found much enjoyment out of planting and tending to gardens. He also enjoyed spending much of his time outdoors, often found fishing, trapping, hunting, or tending to his flowers.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Dennis & Vicky Delong, and brothers, Allen Jr. and David; and very close friends, Victor Leponto and Christine Simpson.

He is predeceased by his parents; and a sister, Cindy.
