Great Bend- Frederick E. Babcock Jr, 56, of Route 26, died on Monday, November 13, 2017 at the Carthage Area Hospital. He was born on September 9, 1961 in Carthage, New York to the late Fred E. Babcock Sr. & Shirley Laribee Babcock.
He graduated from Carthage Central High School. He did various jobs for his landlord.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley Babcock, Carthage; a son, Corey Babcock, Star Lake; a sister, Patricia Covey, Carthage; two brothers, Stephen Babcock, Great Bend; and Patrick McGillicuddy, Watertown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., located at 500 State Street in Carthage. Services will be private and he will be buried in the St. James Catholic Cemetery in Carthage. Online condolences in his memory can be made to www.lundyfuneralhome.com
