Elizabeth A. Peck

Felts Mills - Elizabeth A. Peck, 90, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026, while at home surrounded by her family.

Elizabeth was born on February 11, 1935, in Henderson, NY, to the late Everett and Dorcus (Bellinger) Fuller.

She worked as a licensed practical nurse for numerous places in the North Country, including at Mercy Hospital, Carthage Area Hospital, and others.

A marriage to Franklin Peck ended in divorce; he predeceased her in 2010.

Elizabeth’s greatest joy in life was her beloved family. She cherished time spent with her family more than anything else in the world, and she will be deeply missed by each and every member.

Elizabeth is survived by her beloved children, James Noftsier of NY, Douglas Noftsier of Ohio, Janet (John) Arca of Herrings; Elinor (Arthur) Wilson of Mexico, NY; Delores Peck Vanaernam of Carthage, Wanda Halberg of Carthage, Steven Peck of Orlando, FL, and Jacqueline Peck of Felts Mills; 26 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren, and 28 great-great-grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her parents; a son, Greg Peck, who passed in 2020; and her siblings, Richard Fuller, Stanley Fuller, Gary Fuller, Evelyn Fuller Berman, John Fuller, and Wayne Fuller.
