THERESA - Debra A. Ingham, 60, 35033 Eddy Rd, died Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the Samaritan Medical Center Emergency Department.
Born in Ogdensburg on February 8, 1955, the daughter of Wilson L. & Ruth I. Gilligan Hunter; she graduated from Indian River High School with the Class of 1973. After her family relocated to the West Coast, she met William Ingham on New Year's Eve, 1967 and was married to him on March 16, 1967 in Reno, Nevada. Mr. Ingham was serving in the United States Navy and the family moved frequently, finally settling back in New York. Mrs. Ingham was a home care provider for her son Scott, who has Cerebral Palsey. She has an extensive collection of Angel and Indian Maiden figurines.
She is survived by her mother, Ruth Hunter, her husband, William and her son Scott, at home in Theresa, as well as her daughter Kimberly Chisam, Watertown. Also surviving are her grandchildren; Shangrilah Chisam, California, Jonathan Dougherty, Washington, Makayla Durgan, Washington, Kaydence Durgan, Washington and Xavier Durgan, Washington, as well as her siblings; Raymond Doughterty, Antwerp, Randall Hunter, California and Louise Kannal, California.
