WEST CARTHAGE- Dawn Elizabeth Kempney, 72, formerly of 40 North Broad Street died on Tuesday, June 07, 2016 at the Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, where she had been a patient for a week. Arrangements are being handled and are incomplete by the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., located at 500 State Street in Carthage, NY 13619.
