Cynthia Ann Hilts

Theresa- Cynthia Ann. Hilts, 70, died peacefully on Monday, December 8th, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Services will be held privately by her family. A celebration of life service will be held in the new year.

She was born on April 29, 1955, to the late James & Shirley (Westcott) Hilts. She graduated from Oneida High School, and she attended college. Cynthia retired after 25 years from New York State as a Direct Support Professional for CNYDDSO.

Survivors include her loving companion, William “Bill” Church; Theresa, her daughter; Stephanie (Michael) Stevens, Liverpool, NY; her stepchildren, William (Cicily) Church, New Hartford; Natalie (Ryan) Colvin, Oneida; and Andrew (Morgan) McAllister, Oneida. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Kambrie Bennett, Liverpool, and Kadin Bennett, Long Island, step-grandchildren: Carly, Brian, Lillian, Tate, and Callie, Emma & Alina Rose and her siblings, James Hilts, Wendy Hilts, Nancy Ali, and Tracy Hilts.

Cynthia enjoyed cooking and baking, she loved attending NASCAR races, and she was a Syracuse Football and Basketball fan. But most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved the ocean.
