Watertown - Ann M. Lowe of Watertown passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 2nd, 2024, at Samaritan Medical Center with her husband by her side.
Ann was born on March 4th, 1951, in Canastonta, NY, to the late Ted and Hilda Rogers. Ann married Rodney Lowe on November 10th, 1979.
Ann is survived by her loving husband, Rodney; her children, Rodney Lowe Jr., Paul (Rhonda) Lowe, and Rebecca (Eric) Bunnell; five grandchildren; and siblings, Georgianna Huff of Florida; Kathy and Wayne Hubbard of Lowville, Sheila Rogers of Lowville; Mary Rogers of Glenfield; Earl Rogers of Brantingham; William (Billy) Rogers of Port Leyden.
She is predeceased by her parents, Ted and Hilda; and a brother, Paul Rogers.
