WATERTOWN- Lisa L. Plantz, 57, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2024, at her home.

Per her wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no services. Her burial will be held privately by her sons and daughter.

She was born on August 6, 1966, in Nashua, New Hampshire to the late Thomas E. Plantz & Ramona (Forcier) Plantz. She graduated from Carthage High School. She was a phenomenal bartender for various businesses throughout Jefferson County, starting at Kamide’s in Carthage and retiring after many years at Campany’s Tavern. Lisa also worked as a professional cleaner at Fort Drum for several years.

Lisa loved to play poker with her closest friends. She could rock a pool table and hosted all of the family's parties. She also enjoyed playing card games and putting puzzles together. Most of all, Lisa loved spending time with her grandchildren and going fishing with her boys.

She is survived by her children, Brandi (Ricky) Cronce of Glen Park, William Spellan of Carthage, Michael Spellan of Carthage; her grandchildren, Cameron Cooke, Greyson Cooke, Arabella Hubbard, Haven Cadorette, Adreanna Spellan, Reyah Spellan; her mother, Ramona Plantz; and a brother, Kevin Plantz; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is predeceased by her father, Thomas Plantz; and a sister, Marsha (Plantz) Winters.
