Invalid Coach
Lundy Services Medical Transportation has been serving the North Country since 1997.
Lundy Services provides non-emergency medical transportation to people confined to wheelchairs or stretchers that need to get from their residence, nursing facility or hospital to a doctor’s office or other medical facility. We also transport to dialysis, cancer treatment or other regularly scheduled appointments. We are not currently certified or equipped to provide emergency services or ambulance calls.
With our service, there is no need to get in and out of your wheelchair to board a regular passenger vehicle. This also frees up family and friends from missing work or other events to take someone to a doctor’s visit during the day.
Our vans are equipped to easily get our patients inside and restrained so they can ride in safety. They need to pass stringent NYS DOT inspections every six months and have additional seating for medical attendants or family members who wish to ride along.
